Registered Dietitian & Sports Nutritionist in Newcastle Upon Tyne: Performance, Health & Lifestyle Nutrition.
Professional nutrition advice for athletic performance, health & real life.
I’m a specialist sports dietitian supporting athletes and individuals with nutrition goals relating to sports performance, health, lifestyle, or weight management. My approach is evidence-based, grounded in clinical experience, and a strong focus on health and longevity in sport.
My work spans high-performance sport, everyday health, lifestyle and weight management. I have specialist training including hormone-health including relative energy deficiency syndrome (REDs) and peri-menopause.
I offer in person clinics in Ponteland, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne and virtual consultations for nationwide and international clients.
Registered, accredited sports dietitian with experience across performance sport and clinical nutrition.
I work within evidence-based guidelines and continually update my practice through professional development and postgraduate study.
My ethos: Performance, without compromise.
“I aim to support sports and lifestyle performance with a focus on long-term health, allowing you to perform better and promoting longevity in sport.”
Sports performance should never come at the expense of long-term health, and evidence shows that healthy athletes perform better and participate in their sport for longer.
With a clinical background, my approach prioritises nutrition for physical health, psychological wellbeing and sustainable outcomes.
I have a particular interest in athlete health across the lifespan. This includes supporting development of strong foundations and positive relationships with food for youth athletes; prevention and management of relative energy deficiency (REDs), hormonal disruption, and the consequences of chronic under-fuelling.
Whether working with competitive athletes or individuals focused on health, my aim is to support outcomes that are personalised, measurable and sustainable.
Healthy athletes perform better, for longer.
