My ethos: Performance, without compromise.

“I aim to support sports and lifestyle performance with a focus on long-term health, allowing you to perform better and promoting longevity in sport.”

Sports performance should never come at the expense of long-term health, and evidence shows that healthy athletes perform better and participate in their sport for longer.

With a clinical background, my approach prioritises nutrition for physical health, psychological wellbeing and sustainable outcomes.

I have a particular interest in athlete health across the lifespan. This includes supporting development of strong foundations and positive relationships with food for youth athletes; prevention and management of relative energy deficiency (REDs), hormonal disruption, and the consequences of chronic under-fuelling.

Whether working with competitive athletes or individuals focused on health, my aim is to support outcomes that are personalised, measurable and sustainable.

Healthy athletes perform better, for longer.
